Introduction :
Stainless steel ball bearings are machined components that include an outer ring, inner ring, balls, retainers, shields and snap rings. miniature ball bearings are available in inch and metric sizes, open or shielded and flanged or unflanged. For extreme noise sensitive applications, superior hardness and corrosion resistance. Single-row deep groove ball bearings are the most common type of rolling bearings. Their use is very widespread.
In addition to open type bearings, these bearings often have steel shields or rubber seals installed on one or both sides and are prelubricated with grease. Also, snap rings are sometimes used on the periphery. As to cages, pressed steel ones are the most common.
Stainless steel ball bearings bring unique capabilities for food processing and packing, beverage, medical and marine equipment.
Applications:
The bearings are widely used on ocean engineering equipment and ship, food processing machinery, medical equipment, cryogenic engineering, automobile, motorcycle, electric tools, high-speed motor, household appliances and other industries.
Lubrications:
Before SGC bearings leave factory,the open bearing is filled with meter anti-rust oil only;while the shielded bearing has been filled with general bearing grease,which makes it suitable for light and medium load as well as low and medium speed applications, with a working temperature ranging from -30℃～100℃.If the bearings are applied beyond the above conditions, other special grease or lubricating methods shall be employed.
